Subteam Information

When applying to join the INO staff, you have the opportunity to choose a subteam that aligns with your interests and experiences. We are proud to have a current team of over 30 active staff members dedicated to the success and growth of the International Neuroscience Olympiad.

Subteams:

1. Tournament Development
   - Logistics: Ensure smooth execution, including proctoring, scoring, and cutoff calculations.
   - Management: Oversee the seamless operation of the competition.
   - Sponsorships: Recruit and manage sponsorship communications.

2. Problem Writing
   - Question Development: Create challenging questions sourced from reputable texts from our curriculum database.
   - Application-Based Questions: Develop questions involving clinical trials and research papers for the final round.

3. Marketing
   - Social Media: Promote the INO across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
   - Content Creation: Manage the LinkedIn page, create newsletters, blogs, and emails.
   - Sponsorships: Recruit and manage sponsorship communications.

4. Design
   - Website Management: Regularly update and maintain the INO website, including blog creation.
   - Graphics Creation: Design visually appealing graphics for newsletters and promotional materials.
